I am excited to share two fun folds with you today! The cards are very similar. The first one is an explosion card and the second one includes a miniature version of the first one INSIDE the card! I'm calling it an Exploding Pop-Up Card.
Here's the Explosion Card closed. I tied a ribbon around the entire card to keep it closed.
You can see the unique fold as you start to open the card.
Once you've made the Explosion Card, the Exploding Pop Up Card is a piece of cake! Here is the outside of my card. I used the same color scheme as the first card: Tranquil Tide, Basic Black, and Crushed Curry. I love this Classic Garage Designer Paper! It's so easy to make masculine cards with colors that pop!
I am working on a video tutorial to showcase this fun fold card featuring a two more samples, so be sure to come back and visit again! In the meantime, keep hopping along our blog tour! Your next stop is the incredible Melissa Davies! You'll love what she has created for you!

This card fold is so neat Julie and your cards are beautiful!
Love your card thank you for your part in the hop
I love how the 8-inch square explosion card is reduced to a 4-inch square and inserted into the other card. Reminds me of my dad and brother: Big Bob and Little Bob (Robert, Sr. and Robert, Jr.). :-)
I really enjoy looking forward the "Control Freaks Blog Tour", but how can I be notified when they occur? Thank you, Bev
