VIDEO: Stampin' Up! Shimmer Spritz Snowflake Wishes Card

Another way to use Shimmer Paint is to mix it with rubbing alcohol and put it in a Stampin' Spritzer. I added a little Night of Navy ink refill to create this wintery card for my 12 Days of Christmas Series. Watch the video below for more details.
