Stampin' Up! Suite Sale Favorites: Charming Floral & Otterly Adorable Fun Fold Card Ideas

If you've been following me for awhile, you know that I find a lot of my creative inspiration from the printed project samples in the printed catalog. So where do I go for inspiration for Online Exclusives? The Online Store! When I am considering a new stamp set -- or after I buy one -- I browse the ideas on the product page in the online store. My card was inspired by a card sample that I found in the Stampin' Up! online store and originally designed by a Stampin' Up! Concept Artist. I made a few changes, but kept the same layout and used the idea of stamping words on the background.

Aren't these otters adorable!?  The inside of my card was inspired by a valentine card that I got from Judi Howard. Thank you so much for the inspiration, Judi! I used the designer paper that looks like a river scene and scored the center for a little pop-up. The end if folded down to create a pocket for a small card to write your message on.

This or That? Stampin' Up! Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape Cards

Today's card was inspired by the Natural Botanicals Card on page 114 of the 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. It is one of five layouts that I am featuring on my May 2024 Special Edition Back Pocket Card Layouts. I love to "CASE the Catalog" -- Copy And Selectively Edit -- the ideas shared there. Change the stamp set or designer paper, choose different colors, and make it my own using whatever supplies I have at home. I invite you to do the same! I hope these card ideas inspire you to create your own cards to send to family and friends.

I used some brand new products to make these cards. The gorgeous new Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape has a coordinating stamp set and die -- which also cuts out the washi tape! You can die cut the washi tape as is, but I prefer to put it on Basic White cardstock (you could also use a window sheet or vellum) or provide some stability as accents on the card.

The Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape includes two sets of floral images with different colors. Which color combination do you prefer? Leave a comment and let me know!

I featured some Sale-a-Bration products in my Friday Night Stamp Therapy video last week and CASEd ideas from the Sale-a-Bration Brochure created by Stampin' Up! Concept Artists.

The first card I CASEd (Copy And Selectively Edited) uses the Heart Shaped Bundle. This gift choice includes BOTH coordinating stamp set and the dies! I changed up the colors from the original project and used stamp images instead of the detailed die cuts.

• 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Pumpkin Pie Cardstock, scored at 4-1/4" 
• 3" x 5-1/2" Bloom Impressions Designer Paper 
• 3-3/4" x 3-1/4" Basic White Cardstock 
• 1/2" x 1-3/4" Daffodil Delight Cardstock

Here is the original inspiration created by Stampin' Up! Concept Artists. The colors on this card are Old Olive, Moody Mauve, and Wild Wheat.

I'm not a big fan of coloring, so when I posted this masking technique in the Sale-a-Bration brochure, I knew I had to try this card! Use the Stampin' Up! Masking Paper to create angles around the stamped image and then used the small blending brush to add color to create a spotlight effect. 

The sentiment on this card is from the Greetings for All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. I love the variety of the sentiments in this Ephemera Pack! It's perfect to pair with a stamp set like Dance With Me that doesn't have any sentiments in it.

Dance With Me Card Measurements: 

• 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Basic Black Cardstock, scored at 4-1/4" 
• 3" x 4" Daffodil Delight Cardstock, embossed 
• 2-1/2" x 3-3/4" Basic White Cardstock 
• 4" x 5-1/4" Basic White Cardstock (inside)

Here is the original card created by Stampin' Up! Concept Artists. They used Bubble Bath for the card base and Petunia Pop Designer paper. I changed the colors to Basic Black and Daffodil Delight (embossed with the Sale-a-Bration Starstruck Embossing Folder).

This last card is my favorite! I used the Corner in Bloom stamp set to create a card version of the packaging that Stampin' Up! Concept Artists created for the Sale-a-Bration Brochure. This stamp set is larger and is a "Level 2" Sale-a-Bration gift that you can earn for free with $120 order.

I stamped a border with flowers in Boho Blue ink down the side of the Boho Blue cardstock and tore the edge of the card front. The strip of Floral Delight Designer Paper is on the inside of the card and peeks through to the front. I also used the same designer paper to die cut a banner to go behind white stamped piece. Both were die cut using the Birthday Celebration Dies.

I colored with Boho Blue and Old Olive Stampin' Blends markers and then added some Wink of Stella for a bit of sparkle!

Corner in Bloom Card Measurements: 

• 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Boho Blue Cardstock, scored at 4-1/4" 
• 3/4" x 5-1/2" Floral Delight Designer Paper 
• 2-1/4" x 3" Basic White Banner 
• 2-1/4" x 3" Floral Delight Banner 
• 1-1/4" Die Cut Circle Crumb Cake

Here is the original project from the Sale-a-Bration 2025 brochure. The Stampin' Up! Concept Artists created a box using the Floral Designer Designer Paper and then made the focal point a tag for the packaging.
