Botanical Builders + Perfect Pairings Birthday Card

I love this clean and simple card. The Botanical Builder framelits include this great leafy border thinlit, which looks great cut from designer paper or just cardstock. The framelit set includes 13 other leaves and flowers to combine in hundreds of ways to make cards for any occasion. This is the second card of three designs for my February Stamp of the Month Club kit featuring Botanical Blooms.

There is no commitment when you join my Stamp of the Month Club! I'll add you to my club mailing list and you'll receive one email each month revealing the stamp set and card designs. You can choose when you want to participate by simply replying to that email.

Each month, I feature a different stamp set. Those who participate in February will receive the Botanical Blooms Photopolymer stamp set (or substitute a different set), pre-cut materials to make 6 cards (2 each of 3 designs), printed instructions with a color photo of each card, and Priority Mail shipping. Picture Perfect Cut Apart Card + Stampin' Up! Video

Many thanks to Cheryl for hosting a Stampin' Up! party with me this week. I designed this card for her party. It's similar to the "Cut Apart Card" that I posted last week, but I did not use the "middle" piece that I cut off the card.

Here are the cutting measurements for this card:

• 4-1/4" x 7-1/4" (scored at 5-1/2") Pool Party cardstock
• 4-1/4" x 2" Pool Party cardstock
• 4" x 1-1/2" Designer Paper
• 4" x 1-3/4" Designer Paper
• 3-1/2" x 5" THICK Whisper White Cardstock (die cut with Labels Framelits)
• Metallics Glitter Tape (Gold)

Isn't the hummingbird gorgeous!?! If you haven't noticed the Picture Perfect stamp set in the Occasions Catalog, you'll definitely want to take a look! This "2-Step" photopolymer stamp set deserves much more attention than it's been getting. Check out this video from Stampin' Up!:

I absolutely LOVE the new Metallics Glitter Tape! I used the gold tape on this card. It is one of three that come in the package you can get for FREE when you place an order of $50 or more during Sale-a-bration (ends March 31, 2016).
