VIDEO: Rose Garden Sympathy Card Tutorial

I have found myself needing many Sympathy cards over the last month. This card is simple, but elegant and just right for a sympathy or other occasion.

I die cut the rose and leaves using the Rose Garden Thinlit dies from the 2016 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog. I cut it from a piece of cardstock that came with designer paper so that tit would be sturdy. Then I used Sponge Daubers to sponge around the template.

Stamp of the Month Club Reveal: In the Meadow Flower Card

I finally finished up my card designs for the March Stamp of the Month Club card kit. I'm featuring the In the Meadow stamp set from the 2016 Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog. This stamp set caught my eye the first time that I saw the Occasions Catalog.

For this card, I used the Marina Mist and Old Olive markers to color directly on the stamp and then stamped to create a multi-colored image. It's hard to see in this photo, but I added pearls to the center of a few of the flowers. I'll try to post a better picture later.
