Celebrate Tag Topper Punch Banner

Here's another make and take from Spring Into Stamping. We used the Angled Tag Topper Punch to make a birthday banner. Really, you could use this banner for many occasions since it says "Celebrate". I used the Typeset Alphabet dies with the big shot to cut the letters.
