Tag Topper Double Punched Valentine Card

Looking for a new punch shape? Use the Tag Topper Punch to punch both ends of the cardstock for a unique tag like the one I used on this card. To fit inside the punch, your cardstock should be no more than 2" wide, but you can make the tag as long or short as you want.
