SIP Creative Challenge

Shelli Gardner's latest Creative Challenge is to keep it simple and stick to SIP -- Stamps, Ink, and Paper. I looked through my recent posts...okay, ALL my posts and could not find a single card that didn't use a punch, ribbon, or a little DSP. What can I say, I love my accessories!

But I did remember a card from three years ago that I had posted on Splitcoaststampers. This is the definition of "clean and simple" and the only cardstock I used was a single white notecard and envelope. (I love that these notecards come in a package of 20 for only $5.95! Item #107311, by the way.)

I stamped the flowers using the Masking technique. Click here for details on this technique.

Can you stick to just Stamps, Ink, and Paper? Try it out and enter Shelli's contest before the end of August. Post a link to your creation here too so I can see what you made!

Supplies: Bodacious Bouquet, Warm Words, Small Notecards & Envelopes, Cameo Coral, Gable Green, Apricot Appeal, Cool Carribean, Crafter's Toolkit

that is a beautiful card Julie however sometimes I feel that you just need that extra zing to really make the card special!

What a beautiful card! I think I'll try to keep it SIP because I don't have tons of dsp or punches. I'm sure it won't be that easy though.....
