Today I am sharing more Splendid Autumn projects because I just can't get enough of this beautiful designer paper! Do you have it yet? This designer paper is based on original art created by Stampin' Up! Artists, who were clearly inspired by gorgeous autumn colors like we are experiencing here in central Illinois.I created this first card for my daughter Claire. I picked one of my favorite patterns and simply embossed the sentiment "You Are Loved" from the Softly Said stamp set.
Both cards use the same measurements, but the second card has an additional piece of foil cardstock that is 2-1/2" x 4" cut diagonally.
- 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Card Base
- 3-3/4" x 5" Designer Paper
- 4" x 5-1/4" Layer
I used the Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder to cut the leaf from Cherry Cobbler cardstock and added some copper accents with heat embossing.
