VIDEO: Bloomin' Marvelous Seed Pocket Treat Pouch

Yesterday, I turned a card from the Sale-a-bration Happy Hello Simply Sent Card Kit into a box. (See it here.) For my next trick (wink!), I'm going to turn the coordinating envelope into a treat holder!
I made my pocket spring-themed and put a packet of seeds inside. However, you could use this treat pocket for any occasion -- birthday, Valentine's Day, Christmas. You could even use it as a Gift Card Holder!

Check out this video tutorial to learn how to score your envelope to make it into a treat pocket:

Ready for a Door Prize!? This one is a surprise! Do you love surprises? To be entered in the door prize drawing, leave me a comment and tell me about your favorite surprise! I will draw one winner for the Day 7 Door Prize at the end of the week. (Sorry, this drawing is open to U.S. residents only!) Good luck!

I would have to say one of my favorite surprises is what will be in the next issue of Stampin' Success! It's my favorite magazine and so wish it was still monthly :)

My best surprise was when we got married almost 6 years ago, we got a paid honeymoon to Hawaii! We had the best time of our lives!
Love the seed packet idea as I own a garden center in Montana.

Love this idea with the envelope! I will be creating this at home. My best surprise was baby #4, totally unexpected but a delightful addition to the family and she's now 5.

Gosh, I don't know what to say....I'm not always real good with surprises! I have won several prize drawings over the years, and I am always very surprised when I am named a winner! Hope my lucky streak holds for all your drawings! ;-)

I have to admit that I don't like surprise (gasp!), but the best one was my husbnad proposed at Times Square when we were there at New Year's Eve!

Julie I love how you come up with these amazing projects, thanks for sharing. My favorite surprise was when my husband proposed 17 years ago while at Table Rock Lake in Missouri at the top a beautiful waterfall. I have always been pretty attentive but this time I didn't see it coming what a once in a lifetime surprise.

Thanks for this quick and easy gift holder. I'm always looking for new ways to give gift cards. I love all surprises, but the best is a call from my granddaughter.

My favorite recent surprise was learning relatives I rarely see are coming to visit in a few weeks. I'm looking forward to having the house filled with 3 generations for a few days!

Yes, I love surprises!! My best surprises are hearing from friends or family that I haven't heard from in a long time. The other day I got a picture and message from my sister-in-law who I haven't heard from in a year -- it totally made my day!! Thanks Julie for your great video today!

My favorite surprise was when my Hubby proposed to me...we'd gone out with my parents to celebrate their engagement 23 years before & that night I got engaged! How fun to share that special date with my parents ( & best friends)!

I love getting a crafting supply or handmade card in the mail from a friend.
