Even though there was just a few people at Cindy's workshop, we still had a great time stamping and chatting. I always look forward to this "grown-up" time in the evening after being home with the kids all day! Thanks again for hosting, Cindy!
Here is the make and take project from Cindy's workshop. The supplies were all the same and everyone had the option of making the 6x6 scrapbook page or folding the 6" x 6" square to make a 3" x 6" card. Everyone made the card!
My favorite part of the card is that by using the alphabet stamp set, you can customize the greeting to suit whatever you need. I stamped "thanks" on mine and Becki stamped "You ROCK!". We joked that if you wanted, you could do sentiments like "Sorry I gave you herpes" or "Have a nice period". You just can't find cards like that at Hallmark! Those would be truly one-of-a-kind creations.
Supplies: So Saffron ink pad & cardstock, Cutie Pie designer series paper, Purely Pomegranate ink pad & cardstock, sponge dauber (to apply ink to), small chipboard flower, Whisper White cardstock, Clear rhinestone brad from Pretties Kit, Stampin' Dimensionals, Short Order Alphabet, Scallop Circle Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, 5 Petal Flower Punch
